Job Purpose

  • Service all SME Clients for their FX requirements and expand FX flow business to meet assigned revenue and coverage objectives.

Key Result Areas

  • Handle all client calls execute FX Deals and input in systems.
  • Service all clients to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Primary responsibility for developing new FX business for the Desk in order to meet assigned targets.
  • Develop counterparty relationships to ensure competitive prices on FX and other products.
  • Adherence to all Product program and bank limits.
  • Utilise assigned proprietary limits to take positions and generate prop trading revenue within assigned risk parameters.
  • Maintain code of dealing ethics and conduct to achieve industry standards.
  • Complete responsibility of raising service requests.
  • Execution and input of all deals
  • Improve and excel in customer service experience.
  • Handle manage and fully understand all activities related to operational risk and BCP of the unit as per assigned deadline.
  • Handle all tasks related to deal cancellation end to end for different segments.
  • Act as back up for Senior Dealer.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Graduate Degree with strong number orientation and marketing background.
  • 4 –5 years experience in an active corporate treasury desk.
  • Comprehensive understanding of derivatives and related products.
