The Office coordinator will help maintain the daily operations of an organization by providing employees and departments with administrative support and supplies to help them accomplish their tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer calls and enquiries
- Make Quotations for the clients /LPOs for the suppliers.
- Follow up with the clients for any pending invoice, LPO, Delivery note and any needed documents.
- Checking with Accounts and operation for printing cheques and maintain transporter documents on file.
- work closely with the invoicing team to ensure all the documents are available for generating the right invoice with the right prices.
- Preparing Delivery note/ Invoice, Local Purchase order, Order Sheets, Product/Item code for new item and receipt voucher for payments.
- Assist all managers with any current tasks in hand related to general business operations.
- Well organized, independent and have the ability to prioritize tasks given.
- Knows how to manage time effectively and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same field.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- must obtain strong and great personality and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Team player and problem solver.

Ability to Commute:

- Ras al-Khaimah (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Relocate before starting work (required)
