What’s on the menu for your next career move? As our new Pool Bar Manager you could be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience - whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a pool bar experience or are just joining us for their favourite beverage.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Managing all aspects of one or more full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis and coordinate special events
- Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures
- Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
- Supervises the team to ensure that optimum service in accordance to the company’s standard is provided to the guests.
- Works with Director of F&B in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget

What We need from you:

- Completion of a Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and food & beverage operations
- 2+ years’ of Pool Bar - Managerial experience
- High energy levels & a passion for achieving targets
- Strong leadership skills in managing teams
- Ability to prioritise & work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), passion for delivering results and developing people and self
