Operations Coordinator

**Role Objective**
An Operations Coordinator is required for a B2B business specializing in super luxury furniture and lifestyle showrooms. The role involves managing overall showroom operations, including coordinating with production team, dealing with local and international suppliers, and leading showroom marketing activities to enhance brand presence and client engagement. Prior experience in a similar role within luxury furnishings or high-end lifestyle showrooms is essential.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the overall daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for clients and Consultants.
- Collaborate with the internal team to curate and arrange showroom displays and prototypes, creating visually appealing spaces that reflect the latest design trends and brand aesthetics.
- Prepare and organize client visits to the showroom, ensuring a personalized and professional experience that highlights the quality and exclusivity of our products.
- Manage relationships with international and local material suppliers and logistics partners, to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of showroom materials.
- Work closely on design and production to ensure that client requirements are understood and executed to the highest standards.
- Oversee the maintenance of essential documents, drawings, and project records, ensuring they are securely stored and easily accessible.
- Lead all marketing and promotional initiatives, liaise with external agencies to enhance brand visibility. Participate in design and furniture events to showcase unique production.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the CEO to provide updates on all operational activities, discuss progress, address issues, and plan upcoming activities.
- Stay updated with regional and international marketing trends.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- With over 10 years of experience, including 5 years in the UAE market, managing operations in luxury furniture showrooms and lifestyle retail environments.
- Strong understanding of luxury furniture brands, materials, and design trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP systems for efficient management and reporting.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
