**Requirements**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our Chief Product Officer (CPO) role aims to drive the conceptualization, development and rollout of awesome products; think big, and build scalable solutions that are useful and engaging with our customers at the core of what we develop and deliver. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing our existing product offering taking it to the next level - Mondia’s products cover a range of exciting verticals such as M-Health, Gaming, VOD, Music (FTMD & Streaming), Kids, Sports, Social & Dating.
- Along with the VP of Content & Licensing reporting to you, you will be responsible for delivering the most relevant and engaging digital experiences to our customers by delivering products that address customer needs.
- As a key member of the Executive Team reporting directly to the CEO you will own the Mondia Innovation, Product & Content strategy, working with our dedicated technical product development and marketing teams you will use Big Data to drive critical business decisions to make sure that our brand and mission are brought to life.
- Set ambitious objectives and drive results through effective teamwork; maintain a consistent focus on continuous improvement to ensure the function achieves its KPIs such as increasing engagement, optimizing content costs, growing revenues, introducing new innovative products, aligning with product marketing to ensure the best practices are implemented, aligning with key business stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap is prioritized effectively.
- Build a culture of high performance and engagement; through effective leadership; mentoring, developing and retaining superstar talent.
- Communicating a vision and implementing an innovative Product Roadmap / Feature set aligned with the commercial requirements.
- Help sell our product internally to our commercial teams and support their efforts in promoting them to our key partners.

**ABOUT YOU**:
Other qualifications include:

- Proven experience leading a large-scale Product and design organization delivering products across multiple platforms including iOS, Android and Web
- Proven experience leading diverse product development, content and licensing content teams in complex matrix organizations (factoring in cultural diversity as well as geographical remoteness)
- Critical thinking and creative solutions focus - Ability to think outside of the box you will have a strong portfolio showcasing examples of good design, and innovative solutions that address customer Pinpoints or critical business opportunities
- Proven experience managing a diverse product portfolio before (in terms of technology stack and platform)
- Solid commercial understanding, ensuring all products have strong business cases and a clear monetization strategy in place.
- Driven to stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape, and identify opportunities to enhance Mondia’s product positioning and market share
- Ability to develop a compelling and innovative Product Roadmap that makes sense for these three requirements:

- Compelling and innovative for end users
- Based on internal competencies (resources and tools)
- In consideration of commercial interdependencies (making sure the product makes commercial sense)
- Ability to take a holistic view on projects and quickly assess business critical issues and opportunities, identifying and matching the right people to the right work
- Significant experience in a leadership role with expertise in coaching and people development. Ability to encourage self-motivation, improvement and drive. You are a firm believer in coaching over management
- Adept at demonstrating Thought Leadership skills; driving the agenda and conversation in your area of expertise.
- A background in product/marketing or a similar field
