We have partnered with an incredible company who are embedded in the UAE ecosystem and are looking to bring in a CPO to take them on the next step in their journey.

You will be part of a collaborative and forward thinking board, helping to take the success they have had and distill into a true customer led vision. It will be up to you to look at their current offering and see where the opportunities are to drive customer centricity and global expansion.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building a world-class Product Function
  • Setting a clear vision alongside the C-Suite, to maximise value for the user
  • Understand the market they are in and where are the opportunities to expand, both in scale and territory.
  • Set out a clear long term roadmap and ensure the whole company is moving in the same direction

Who are you:

  • You are a CPO or VP Product with experience scaling organisations (ideally in B2B2C models)
  • Have a proven track record of Product Leadership at a C-Suite level, working alongside Founders/CEO's & CTO's.
  • No specific industry experience is essential but understanding of building products that can scale in regulated environments is beneficial.
  • Have managed teams of over 4 Product Managers in organisations of over 100 people.
  • Have experience building strong collaboration between Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing and all other aspects of the business.
  • Have a strong balance of technical and business acumen, knowing what it takes to scale and how best to achieve it.

Ideally you have:

  • Experience taking Products into new geographical markets.
  • Experience working with Governments as well as Enterprise companies.

Please be aware that this role is based in Dubai and the successful candidate will be either located in or willing to relocate to the UAE. This is a C-Suite hire and requires significant experience as a Chief Product Officer or VP Product in scaling organisations.
