We are a leading landscaping company specializing in artificial grass installations for residential, commercial, and sports sectors. Our team prides itself on delivering high-quality, professional installations with exceptional customer service. We are expanding and are looking for motivated and skilled **Artificial Grass Fitters / Ground Workers** to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Site Preparation**:

- Clear and prepare installation areas, including removal of existing grass, debris, and weeds.
- Level and compact the ground, ensuring proper drainage.

**Artificial Grass Installation**:

- Measure, cut, and lay artificial grass accurately to fit various spaces.
- Secure grass sections using nails, staples, or adhesive for a professional finish.
- Join seams to ensure a seamless, natural-looking installation.

**Base Layer & Infill**:

- Install base materials such as crushed stone or sand for a firm, even surface.
- Spread infill materials like silica sand or rubber crumb to enhance the grass' appearance and durability.

**Finishing Touches**:

- Brush and groom the grass to lift fibres and create a realistic finish.
- Trim and edge around borders, patios, or garden features to ensure a clean and tidy appearance.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure the client's vision is met while delivering high-quality work on time.

**Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow strict safety guidelines and always use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly in line with local environmental regulations.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in groundworks, landscaping, or artificial grass installation is desirable but not essential. On-the-job training can be provided.

**Skills**:

- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring smooth and seamless installations.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to site challenges.

**Physical Fitness**:

- Must be physically fit as the role involves manual labor, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Team Player**:

- Able to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions efficiently.

**Customer Focused**:

- Strong communication skills and a professional approach when interacting with clients.
