About the Role

The Tenancy and Move-In Coordinator will oversee both the tenancy renewal process and assist tenants with their move-in requirements. This role involves managing tenancy documentation, and providing support throughout the renewal and move-in processes. The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate client files, coordinating lease renewals, managing documentation, and supporting tenants with registration and move-in procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Leasing Admin:

- Contact landlords and tenants before lease expiration to discuss renewal.
- Negotiate renewal terms (lease duration, rent, maintenance).
- Prepare and finalise renewal & new contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain regular updates with landlords and tenants.
- Validate and upload documentation into the system.
- Move-In Coordination:

- Assist tenants with Ejari registration, DEWA setup, and move-in permits.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with Ejari regulations.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the move-in process.

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in handling and processing documentation.
- Flexibility to handle additional tasks as needed.
