**JOB TITLE**: Events & Trade Marketing Executive
**REPORTING TO**: Head of Marketing & Communications
**LOCATION**: Dubai, UAE

Required to travel almost quarterly for display implementations, in addition to product & sales training sessions. Additional travelling may be required during events in markets and trainings with HQ.

**EVENTS (50% of workload)**
- Develop and implement calendar strategy of regional events aligned with product launches plan, marketing objectives & CRM Calendar 8%
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and sales objectives in line with calendar, briefs to agencies (when needed) in coordination with HQ guidelines. Coordinate with necessary teams on required permits, validations etc. Support with building a clienteling experience calendar with CRM team, that helps sales ambassadors maintain profitable relationships with customers, upgrading customers and acquiring customers. Plan & execute retail events according to agree calendar 18%.

- Source and coordinate all operations with vendors and suppliers. Ensure best resources are selected keeping the highest quality as per Panerai standards 5%
- Manage all seasonal gifting opportunities for client, press & key stakeholders 5%
- Maintain event inventory and manage all refurbishment of event tools 4%
- Reports & Budget 10%
- Adhere to budgets on projects handled. Coordinate all necessary invoicing between suppliers and Finance department
- Competitive review
- Guarantee timely and thorough post-event reports. Measure results and ROI

**TRADE MARKETING & VISUAL MERCHANDISING (50% of workload)**
- Manage, from planning to dispatching Animations (4 to 6 times a year) & PLV needs (control quota), using global directives and following regional annual calendar for wholesale & retail. Plan & implement VM product display

General Information
- (merchandising & styling) & revamp plans (in stores and at events) throughout the region when needed 15%- Provide training for the store staff to aid the visual identity of the store & enhance sales performance and client experience 4%
- Manage new store design with the market expansion, with HQ store planning team, from floor plan brief to appointing a GC (including store renovations)8%
- Ensure monthly VM reports (including analysis, visibility figures & competitive review) are communicated to marketing & communications manager after every revamp 4%
- Exhibitions & Pop-ups (W&W, Doha, Bahrain): provide support from design to PLV in the organization of the fairs for sales & marketing 6%
- Liaise with Retail/Wholesale/Marketing on a regular basis to align on store needs/sales situation for POS/Boutique maintenance, snag lists, PLV revamp & touch ups. Maintain inventory and refurbish 5%
- Budget Management 8%
- Support with the yearly planning of all VM expenses including forecasting estimated cost for wholesale markets
- Manage A&P Budget for Trade Marketing, processing all incoming invoices following managers approval, create vendor form when needed and share all documents to finance
- Manage CAPEX & Depreciation cost in A&P in collaboration with Finance

**PROFILE**
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Proven experience as event manager and skilled in project management
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- A knack for problem-solving
- Customer-service orientation
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management with suppliers, vendors and other third parties.
