**Are you a good match?**

You have significant experience in visual merchandising as well as a deep understanding of the Middle East market and the importance of working with a team. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging, and motivating with others.

**What are we expecting from you?**

Reporting to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, you will contribute to the implementation of visual merchandising projects action plan for the Middle East region, to maximize Van Cleef & Arpels creations' visibility and consistency across the network. In this function:

- You will assist in ensuring VM and zoning strategy & guidelines are implemented to maximize creation exposure and visibility in the boutique while best-supporting sales through planograms
- You will support in maintaining the Van Cleef & Arpels VM community by identifying, assessing, engaging, and developing VM ambassadors across the region
- You will work closely with the events team on planning and implementation of visual content for assigned events as well as have monthly alignment meetings with product marketing, supply chain, commercial, and other teams
