**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Chinese market, as well as across the MENA region.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to develop strategic business plans.
**Business Development**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expand our client base in China and the MENA region.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Generate leads, pitch our services to prospective clients, and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with marketing agencies in China to act as resellers for our services.
**Partnership Development and Supplier Contracts**:
- Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the industry to expand our network and reach.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with suppliers to act as resellers for our services, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
**Global Chinese Business Community**:
- Work on developing a global community of Chinese businesspeople, facilitating networking opportunities and collaboration.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of high-quality services to clients.
**Social Media and Marketing Expertise**:
- Utilize strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, radio advertising, outdoor advertising, web & mobile, programmatic, and press release strategies to drive business development efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles, with a focus on the Chinese market and MENA region.
- Strong understanding of Chinese business culture, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the media, advertising, or marketing industry is a plus.
- Must possess a UAE driving license and have access to a car.
