As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative and Customer Services Officer to contribute to the efficiency and success of our day-to-day operations.
Job Overview:
As the Administrative and Customer Services Officer at Hustle Media Production Studio, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, managing appointments, handling booking confirmations, facilitating follow-ups, overseeing payments and invoicing, assisting with HR tasks, handling procurement duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our studio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Coordinate and organize appointments for team members.
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to maintain a well-functioning office environment.
2. Booking and Confirmations:
- Manage booking requests and confirmations for studio spaces and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure seamless booking processes.
3. Follow-ups and Customer Relations:
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners through clear and prompt communication.
4. Payments and Invoicing:
- Handle invoicing processes and ensure timely payment collection.
- Keep accurate records of financial transactions and client accounts.
5. HR Assistant Tasks:
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in coordinating employee training sessions and events.
6. Procurement Tasks:
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes.
- Coordinate the purchasing of office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement processes while maintaining quality standards.
7. Professional Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to administrative and customer service functions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative and customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and cost-effective sourcing.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the media production industry is an advantage.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
