**Admin cum Accounts Assistant**

EdNex is a leading EdTech company dedicated to revolutionizing education through innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a proactive and organized **Admin cum Accounts Assistant** to join our team and support our operations in Dubai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and provide timely updates.
- **Visitor Coordination**: Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they have all necessary resources during their visit.
- **Communication**: Handle telephone calls efficiently, provide accurate information, and manage inquiries.
- **Accounts Support**: Assist the Accounts Manager with petty cash management and document filing.
- **Office Management**: Arrange office supplies, maintain office cleanliness, and ensure organized workspace arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com), ACCA, or Master’s in Commerce (M.Com).
- Minimum 1 year of accounts experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
