Telehealth Nurse

Telehealth Nurses are responsible for assisting the patients coordinating their care. They work closely with doctors to see that all needs of the patient are met, including liaising with pharmacies and labs to ensure that all case related needs are being addressed.
**What you do**
- Address all patient’s needs and concerns and assist in scheduling appointments where required
- Triage patient issues and complaints and provide resolution. Facilitate access to doctor as and when necessary
- Help resolve issues between patients and the health care provider and offer guidance to the patients where required while ensuring patient support and complaints protocols are followed
- Identify and develop initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Assist in completion of post consultation duties: including, but not limited to, issuing referrals, arranging and tracking medication delivery, coordinating laboratory process etc.
- Supporting continuity of patient care
- Assist the doctors as needed to ensure holistic patient care.
**What you bring**
- Education: Nursing degree from a recognized institute
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Desired industry: HealthCare
- Physically fit to carry out duties
- Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
