**The Role: Executive Assistant to the CEO**

Join our team in Dubai as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, where you will be integral in streamlining the operations of SmartStay and other associated companies. This role is tailored for those who excel in managing administrative tasks and facilitating strategic business operations directly under executive leadership. If you have a knack for precision and proactive management in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct support to the CEO in managing operations and executing strategy.
- Handle correspondence and manage communications, acting as a liaison between the CEO and external parties.
- Oversee project management for onboarding new properties by coordinating with relevant teams, ensuring efficient progress and adherence to standards.
- Manage utilities subscriptions, and financial administration, including invoicing, (investor) reporting and budget oversight.
- Assist in HR functions, including recruitment and managing Public Relations Officer (PRO) activities.
- When required, function as a Personal Assistant to the CEO and provide support in personal tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to CEOs or entrepreneurs, with a strong track record in comprehensive executive support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
- Proficient in numbers and highly analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Proficient in financial management, including strong skills in Google Sheets (familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in HR and PRO compliance-related activities.
- Experience working in a Holiday Home or Real Estate company in Dubai is a plus.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
