We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our real estate sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies, and overseeing the implementation of effective sales techniques to achieve targets and enhance our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy and Leadership**:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.

**Business Development**:
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and partners.

Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote the company's services.

**Sales Execution**:
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.

Ensure the team adheres to sales best practices, provides exceptional customer service, and meets or exceeds sales quotas.

Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

**Market Analysis and Insights**:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize pricing strategies and product offerings.

**Reporting and Performance Analysis**:
Generate and analyze sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.

Provide regular updates to senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven +2 Year Experience working in Real Estate Market In Dubai as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, market dynamics, and industry regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid real estate license (where applicable).

**Additional Information**:

- Full-time position with Gulf Realty.
- Location: Aspect Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
