**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional customer service.
- Creating a positive experience for new and existing clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and providing overall guidance to Housekeeping Attendants.
- Immediate Hiring for the position of Female Admin.
- Must have experience working with CRM
- Must be good in speaking English
- Customer services & Sales skills are top priority
- Must be able to achieve the set monthly targets
- Responsible for Schedule shifts and arranging for replacements in case of absence.
- Must know the areas in Dubai.
- Must be able to handle the Drivers and cleaners.
- Oversee smooth operation on a daily basis.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/booking arrangements/appointments etc. for the clients
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries

Requirements and skills
- Smart, assertive and organized
- Can work under pressure
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
