**Concierge Agent**

**What you will be doing**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to enhance guests' stay.
- Arrange transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests as necessary.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Offer personalized services to VIP guests and ensure their specific needs are met.
- Stay updated with the latest information about events, shows, and activities in the area.
- Uphold the hotel's high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Other duties as assigned

**Your experience and skills include**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, welcoming personality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize guest requests effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
