**Job Description**:
The F&B Crew is responsible for assisting the waitstaff and other team members in providing excellent dining experiences to guests. This role involves supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant or dining area by performing various tasks such as setting up tables, refilling beverages, cleaning, and assisting with food service. The F&B Crew member plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding their seats.
- Provide prompt and efficient service by attending to guest needs and requests.
- Support waitstaff in taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
- Serve water, bread, and other accompaniments as guests are seated.
- Refill drinks and replace used items such as cutlery, napkins, and plates.
- Assist in delivering food orders to the correct tables and clearing used plates after meals.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware before service.
- Ensure that tables are clean, tidy, and properly set throughout service hours.
- Reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests have left to prepare for the next seating.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Follow hotel hygiene and safety standards in handling food and beverages.
- Assist in cleaning and storing utensils, glassware, and other equipment used during service.
- Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Report any guest complaints, issues, or special requests to the supervisor or manager promptly.
- Assist in setting up for special events, buffets, or banquets as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or restaurant manager to ensure the overall success of the F&B department.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
