**Job Title: Sales Executive - Health and Wellness Packages**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Execution**:
- Promote and sell health check-up packages, wellness offers, and corporate wellness packages to individuals and organizations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government organizations.
- Understand client needs and tailor health and wellness packages to meet specific organizational requirements.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Plan and organize events for corporate and government clients to showcase health packages and wellness services.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations during events to drive sales.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to ensure a competitive edge in sales efforts.
- **Visits and Presentations**:
- Conduct regular visits to corporate clients for sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations highlighting the benefits of health packages and wellness solutions.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide feedback on market insights and customer preferences.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and achieved targets.
- Submit regular sales reports to the management team.
- **Self-Development**:
- Proactively seek continuous learning opportunities to stay informed about health and wellness trends and industry advancements.
- Attend relevant workshops and training sessions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel and conduct on-site client visits.
- Familiarity with corporate and government sales processes is a plus.
**Compensation**:
- Monthly salary (visa not provided).
- Commission structure based on an approved scheme and sales performance.
