We are seeking a proactive and organized **Admin Officer** to join our dynamic real estate development team. The role involves managing daily administrative operations, supporting various departments, and ensuring smooth office management to help drive the company’s growth and success.
**Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support**
- Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative processes.
**Scheduling and Coordination**
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management and staff.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain an updated calendar for key deadlines and appointments.
**Communication and Correspondence**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Draft, review, and distribute official communications and documents.
**Office Management**
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers (e.g., office maintenance, IT support).
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and organized.
**Real Estate-Specific Tasks**
- Support the real estate team with administrative tasks related to property listings, documentation, and contracts.
- Maintain and organize property records, agreements, and project files.
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings and documentation.
**Team Support**
- Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.
- Provide support for team initiatives, training sessions, and company events.
**Qualifications and SkillsEducation**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
**Experience**
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in administrative roles, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
**Technical Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with real estate CRM software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of UAE property regulations and documentation (preferred).
**Soft Skills**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
