As a Secretary, you will be an integral part of our administrative team, responsible for managing and organizing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your role is essential in maintaining a well-structured work environment and supporting our team in their daily activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, coordinating and managing calendars for team members.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist in organizing and planning company events, workshops, and meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for team members.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain records of discussions and decisions.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring their availability and functionality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
