**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Handle basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and document organization.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist in setting up and organizing conference rooms for meetings and events.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, and keep an inventory of supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and assist colleagues as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
