As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the HORECA segment. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and implementing innovative strategies to increase revenue and market share.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, trends, and threats. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.

2. New Business Development: Identify and target new clients in the HORECA sector. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.

3. Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant industry players to enhance our product offerings and market reach.

4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

6. Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

7. Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

8. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and results to senior management.

9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to drive business development initiatives.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

2. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.

3. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the HORECA sector, including products, market dynamics, and key competitors.

4. Sales and Networking Skills: Strong sales acumen and excellent networking abilities to establish and maintain valuable industry connections.

5. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques, able to secure favorable deals and partnerships.

6. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective business development strategies.

7. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

8. Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed business development targets.

9. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

10. UAE Experience: Familiarity with the business environment in Dubai and the UAE, including relevant contacts and networks.
