**Job Purpose**:
Group Procurement:

- Manage all Group Procurement - Vendor Management related activities (including vendor registration, pre-qualification, and performance management).
- Manage all day-to-day vendor queries related to Group Procurement - Vendor Management activities.
- Direct and co-ordinate with the Group Technical Helpdesk to resolve vendor related technical issues.
- Support the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of eSourcing technologies within Group Procurement to enhance transparency, visibility, and governance of all procurement activities.
- Interact strongly with the Group VP - Procurement Strategy and Performance to automate procurement processes and drive innovation.

Global:

- Influence and support the global implementation and adoption of Group Procurement - Vendor Management processes across the Group.
- Build a strong network of internal stakeholders across the group to influence and promote the overall value creation of procurement functions.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide strategic direction on enhancing Group Procurement - Vendor Management activities, including but not limited to:

- On-boarding and registration of new vendors.
- Vendor pre-qualification evaluations and associated approvals.
- Managing vendor classifications according to business requirements.
- Manage and maintain the Group Procurement pre-approved vendor lists.
- Managing vendor performance scorecard processes.
- Delivering effective communication to ensure vendor processes are executed in a timely manner.
- Engage in business process re-engineering activities to streamline and automate processes.
- Establish trusted and long-term relationships with global vendor base.
- Manage annual vendor satisfaction surveys, modern slavery assessments etc. and present meaningful insights.
- Ensure the Group Procurement - Vendor Management database is effectively managed, maintained and all vendor records remain up to date (including data cleansing activities).
- Responsible for the configuration of Group Procurement tender templates and vendor management processes on eSourcing Portals.
- Responsible to manage and maintain Group Procurement documents and templates via shared drive.
- Research the market trends and industry standards related to vendor management and provide recommendation annually to incorporate best practices in DP World Procurement Policy related to Vendor Management.
- Support annual Group Procurement policy reviews to incorporate best practices and lessons learnt.
- Support global stakeholder initiatives that require data insights from Group Procurement - Vendor Management for various purposes (including, DPW Annual Report, ESG Report, Ecovadis Rating, ISO Certification etc.).
- Build internal and external end-user capabilities of utilizing eSourcing Portals by delivering effective training and providing technical support.
- Maintain visibility and oversight of global procurement practices to ensure alignment and compliance with Group Procurement policies and procedures.
- Responsible to manage and maintain the Group Procurement Connexions Website

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor (or higher degree) from an approved university (Major in Business Administration or Supply Chain is preferred).
- CIPS certification is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 6-8 years eSourcing & Vendor Management experience within a multinational organization.
- Strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making.
- Teamwork.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Proven track record of implementing eSourcing technologies with a specific focus on vendor management (Oracle Fusion, Jaggaer or SAP Ariba experience is preferred).
- Strong organization background and experience of digital procurement transformation, change management and data analytics.
- Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships, multi-task, and work independently under pressure.
