**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Execute trades efficiently across a variety of financial products, including cryptocurrencies, ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional sales support and market insights.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trading opportunities, strategies, and market trends.
- Be proactive in taking on projects and initiatives that contribute to the growth and efficiency of the OTC desk.
- Maintain flexibility with work schedules and time zone arrangements to meet the global nature of the trading environment.
- Consistently focus on achieving and exceeding individual and team KPIs. Stay abreast of the latest industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.

**Technical competencies and skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales trading environment.
- Proven experience in trading traditional financial products and cryptocurrencies.
- Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in more than two additional languages considered a significant asset.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client and team relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Independent thinker with the ability to contribute creatively to team strategies and goals.
- Must be willing to be flexible in work hours and time zone arrangements to accommodate the global trading market.
