Role Overview:
As our Business Development Executive focused on freelance platforms, you’ll take the lead in managing our presence on platforms like Company's Websites, Social media, Search Engines, Upwork, and Freelancer. Your main goal is to Drive revenue by selling our range of services, from app & web development for various platforms to cybersecurity, network management, IT consultancy, and e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take charge of our agency’s profiles on freelance platforms, leading with strategic management.
- Social Media engagement.
- Skillfully bid on projects, ensuring a high success rate, and crafting compelling offers to entice clients.
- Engage effectively with clients across various freelance platforms, offering detailed and accurate quotations.
- Sales Targets.
- Sales conversions.
- Meet revenue targets by securing projects successfully.
- Foster positive client relations, prioritizing satisfaction and delivering projects on time, surpassing expectations.
- Maintain high ratings on freelance platforms by proactively addressing feedback and concerns to preserve our positive reputation.
- Implement digital marketing strategies to boost our visibility on social media, and freelance platforms, generating and converting leads into successful projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Technological knowledge in Web Designing, graphics designing, Cyber Security, Latest Social Media Trends, AI, blockchain, etc.
- Proven track record in business development with a target-driven approach.
