**Position Overview**:
As the Sales and Marketing Manager for Drools Pet Food in the UAE, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales management. We are looking for a qualified professional with 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for Drools Pet Food in the UAE.

2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts and premium customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.

3. Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance brand awareness and drive product demand.

5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, and use insights to refine strategies.

6. Manage distribution channels effectively, including retail partnerships, online platforms, and specialty stores, to optimize product availability and visibility.

7. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, and present findings to senior management to inform decision-making.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards, and uphold ethical business practices at all times.

**Qualifications**:
1. MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the pet food or FMCG industry, with a proven track record of success.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

5. In-depth knowledge of the UAE market landscape, consumer behaviour, and regulatory environment.

6. Flexibility, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.

7. Possess a valid UAE driving license and own car for transportation.

8. Demonstrated ability to manage premium customers and deliver exceptional service.
