Job Title: Sales Manager - Lead Generation and Deal Closure

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and take charge of lead generation, deal closure, and bringing in new business opportunities. As a Sales Manager focused on lead generation and deal closure, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, closing deals, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and target potential clients.
- Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing efforts.
- Qualify leads, understand their specific needs, and tailor solutions to address their challenges effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth and adaptation.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, specifically in lead generation, deal closure, and bringing in new business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and drive revenue.
- Demonstrated experience in generating leads through various channels and converting them into sales opportunities.
- In-depth understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and the ability to adapt them to different industries and target markets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the branding, advertising, or marketing industry is highly desirable.
