We are based in Dubai and we are looking to expand in the UAE region.

**Role Overview**:
As a Sales and Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads and convert them into successful job placements, thereby directly contributing to the growth and success of Jobcity Recruitment. This is a target-driven role that requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media. You will get commission on every package sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with a commission-based structure.
