Presently, we are in search of a meticulous and customer-centric Airline Ticketing Agent to join our esteemed team in Dubai. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around flight reservations, travel information dissemination, and guaranteeing that every journey is executed with precision and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handle flight reservations for clients, including understanding their preferences, securing the best available options
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, offering top-notch assistance and expertise in all matters related to airline ticketing, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, travel restrictions, visa requirements, and any other pertinent travel details.
- Collaborate closely with our network of partners, including hotels and entertainment venues, to create holistic travel experiences that exceed client expectations.
- Assist clients in completing necessary travel documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations.
- Proactively address any travel-related issues or concerns, offering solutions that prioritize client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an Airline Ticketing Agent or in a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of international and domestic flight regulations and requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings and transactions.
- Proficiency in using computerized reservation and ticketing systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues promptly.
- Adaptability to flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a dynamic team.
