Office/logistic Administrator

We, BEKFORD are looking for a reliable office/logistic administrator to join our reputable public health company specializing in pest control and disinfection services.
- **Duties and **_**Responsibilities**_**:_
- Create and maintain reports of ongoing projects/client databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer complaints or inquiries.
- Follow up and update for receivables.
- Handle petty cash and cash collection.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Manage monthly bill payments.
- Issue invoices
- Set technical team routing
- Stock taking/replenishment for fleet
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers/documents and collection of daily mails.
- Ensure the upkeep of the pantry, office, and reception desk cleanliness.
- Monitor all stationaries and pantry stocks.
- Assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc.
- Assist sales team when required.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- **Qualifications and other job requirements**:_
- High School Diploma
- Proven (at least 1 Year) work experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
