We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our online store and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You'll collaborate with various departments to optimize product listings, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of our eCommerce operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings on the eCommerce platform, including writing compelling product descriptions, uploading images, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory levels.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze sales and traffic data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate order processing, shipping, and delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and eCommerce best practices to suggest innovative ideas for improving our online store.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks related to eCommerce operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in eCommerce, online retail, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging product descriptions and communicate effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to optimize performance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate product listings and order management.
