Our client is a leading IT infrastructure systems integrator headquartered in Dubai, UAE, looking for dynamic sales professionals at various levels to cover and grow market share and to position our client's solutions by creating and identifying opportunities.

**Role**:

- New Customer Acquisition
- Revenue Generation
- Account Management

**Experience Required**:

- A proven sales track record in selling IT infrastructure solutions to Top tier / strategic customers.
- Know how to establish a repeatable sales process shaped by an in-depth understanding of pipelines, business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
- Have in-depth experience managing complex environments and are skilled at forecasting and territory planning
- Local experience with relevant infrastructure sales experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer profiling to generate business leads
- Do cold calling and face-to-face customer meetings to hunt new customers and opportunities within UAE in all verticals
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand and maintain the relationships with existing and new customer
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal and external vendor teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of progress and forecasts to the sales head
