**Objective**:
providing a full range of secretarial and administrative support activities, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure smooth operation of the designated department.

**Qualifications**:
**1.** Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

**2.** Fluent in English.

**3.** Excellent interpersonal skills

**4.** Highly self-motivated

**5.** Strong verbal and written communication skills

**6.** Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1.** Organizing daily incoming correspondence, making preliminary assessment and handle, and responding as appropriate.

**2.** Monitor all received LPOs &contracts on daily basis.

**3.** Prepare summary reports of invoices.

**4.** Monitoring all engineering progress and internal request.

**5.** Composing and preparing routine correspondence and preparing simple interpretation of documents and correspondence if requested.

**6.** Preparing, assembling, and distributing various reports and documents.

**7.** Receiving and screening all incoming telephone calls, providing, and receiving information or referring the matters to the appropriate person to handle.

**8.** Keeping calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules.

**9.** Establishing and maintaining various filing / records / database of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate.

**10.** Arranging for various meetings and take minutes.

**11.** Functioning as an administrative link to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- secretary: 2 years (preferred)
