3 years of experience as a Slaughterhouse Operator and in Meat Processing

Job Responsibilities;
- Slaughtering, de-feathering and de-hiding
- Prepare carcasses for cutting, e.g. by cleaning and removing parts (organs, skin, feathers, bones, etc.)
- Knowledge of animal anatomy and cuts of meat
- Deboning/ Further Meat processing; cutting meat into steak, fillet, sausage, burgers ect.
- keep records of weight, amount of meat and other byproducts
- follow heigyene standards of premsis/clean premsis
- Adhere to safety procedures and policies to slaughter animals
- Cut carcasses for further processing
- Separate meat and by-products
- Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

License/Certification:

- Food Safety Certificate (preferred)
- HACCP Training Certificate (preferred)
