Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Emiratis Only)

Location: Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and coordinating courier services.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for company executives and staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports as requested.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and records.
- Perform other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Emirati nationality is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
