**Role Overview**

We are seeking a driven and dynamic **Business Development Manager** **(Commission Only)** to join our management consultancy on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for our consultancy services. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target industries to understand their consultancy needs.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Contract Agreement**: Completion of SOW, Tenders, RFP’s in order to secure and finalise a contractual agreement between the Client and ZRC
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target specific sectors or geographical regions, aligned with the consultancy's growth goals.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities to keep the consultancy ahead in the marketplace.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the consultancy’s leadership and service delivery teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities and client needs.
- **Admin Support**: Providing proactive administrative office support for a growing team and ensuring CRM system is kept up to date and used to its full capability.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing directly to the company's revenue and growth.

**Skills and Experience**
- **Proven Sales Experience**: Demonstrated success in business development or sales, ideally within the management consultancy sector or a related professional services environment.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the ZRC management consulting services and the ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
- **Networking & Relationship Building**: Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to secure high-value contracts.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software, LinkedIn, and other sales tools to track and manage leads and sales activity.
- **Language Skills, Cultural Awareness of UAE/GCC business customs**

**Compensation**

This is a commission-only role, meaning compensation will be directly tied to your ability to generate new business. You will earn competitive commission rates on every sale made, with uncapped earning potential.
