Software Sales Executives Required

**Software Sales Executive (ERP / PMS / POS Software) required urgently.**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify prospects, build pipelines and close deals ensuring revenue plans.
- Be responsible for sales and closing of the new business opportunities.
- Prospect and identify potential clients in various industries who can benefit from our products & services
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Manage clients located in allocated region and be responsible for their growth.
- Understand and analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Work together with the operations team to deploy the service offered to the client and manage the account according to the company strategy.
- Prioritize and deliver a superior customer experience to strategic customers.
- Continuously work with the client to identify needs and propose solutions making an impact on the our product roadmap
**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the Software / IT Sales ( ERP / POS software or similar business solutions).
- Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
- Experience in building strong relationships with decision makers and top level executives ( SME, MME and Corporate).
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer driven focus and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cross functionally both internally and externally to execute deals.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Proven track record and ability to achieve goals.
- Straight forward, confident and trustworthy.
- Experience in B2B sales to System Integrators, ERP systems, Cloud Solutions and Call Centers is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, influencing and time management skills.
- Excellence in proposal preparations.
- Meeting with potential clients to sell services relentlessly until a deal is struck.

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- Extra benefits: Health Insurance cover and incentive/commission based on the internal policy.
- Good incentive/commission scales based on realistic targets.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
