**About us**:
INOI is international electronics brand founded by Nokia & Samsung distribution team with over 30 years’ experience in mobile phone business. We are looking for a M&A Analyst to join us ASAP.

**Responsibilities**
- The full range of responsibilities to M&A at Analyst level;
- Assisting in execution of deals
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials;
- Gathering public information through numerous sources;
- Creating merger and financial model analyses;
- Generating models for valuation metrics;
- Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side assignments;
- Building company forecast models;
- Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis;
- Producing and maintaining various databases;
**Requirements**:

- You must have 1-3 years M&A experience from a Tier 1 bank / top boutique or Big 4 ACA (Lead Advisory)
- Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills; particularly DCF's and LBO's and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively when quizzed.
