As a Business Development Manager at Digital DirAction, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base across various industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and devising strategies to enhance our market presence. Your expertise in digital marketing services, combined with your sales acumen, will be essential in achieving our ambitious growth objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to propose tailored solutions.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and areas for growth.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our services and capabilities effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- **Revenue Forecasting**: Monitor sales metrics, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to management on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and business development activities.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and proactively seeking feedback to continually improve service delivery.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Act as a brand ambassador for Digital DirAction, representing our company values, vision, and commitment to excellence in all client interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the digital marketing industry, with a strong understanding of videography, commercial photography, social media marketing, advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and related services.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Strategic thinker with a keen market insight and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
