Financial Due Diligence Expert

**aG Resources is looking for a Financial Due Diligence Expert for our reputable client in Dubai.**

**Location: Dubai**

**Duration: 6 months contract (Extendable)**

**Experience & Qualification**:

- Financial Due Diligence experience (minimum of 5 years and current role)
- Understanding of ERP (SAP Finance)
- CFA / CA Qualification
- Conduct pre-investment reviews of potential target companies.
- Analyze historical accounting and management reports, financial forecasts, business plans, financial statements, annual reports, and other relevant information.
- Interpret and consolidate analyzed information into clear, actionable insights.
- Work closely with the management of the target company to prepare documents and participate in discussions about their financials.
- Present findings from the pre-investment review to clients and provide strategic recommendations.
- Play a key role in shaping the financial strategies of the company and making a real impact on the success.

**Job Type**: Contract
