Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure all cases (individual/non-individual) are timely processed and there is no pending/backlog at processing end.
- Validate and process all cases as per the SOP and make sure strict compliance and no deviations from policies & procedures.
- Mark relevant discrepancies, wherever applicable, and process once discrepancies are resolved.
- Ensure cases are processed within agreed SLA with business channels in order to have a smooth operations process.
- Ensure that KYC/Compliance guidelines are fulfilled before processing or validating any cases.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt timely and adequately to the new policies, procedures and system knowledge.
- Ensure customer documents are retrieved and sent for archival via Central Custody Unit by an agreed process.
- Involve in any ad-hoc activities or responsibilities given by the management to support the unit.
- Involve in any system related update activities or new processes, if required.
