Job Title: Female - Sales Calling Executive (Multilingual)
**Job Description**:
As a Sales Calling Executive with multilingual skills, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, make outbound sales calls, and close deals. You will be communicating with potential customers in multiple languages to maximize sales opportunities and provide excellent customer service. Your language skills will be a valuable asset in reaching diverse markets and building relationships with international clients.
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers using a provided script and sales tools.
Generate leads by researching and identifying potential clients through various sources such as databases, online platforms, and social media.
Communicate with customers in their preferred language(s) to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide product/service information.
Establish and maintain rapport with customers to build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting products/services to potential customers.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and customer acquisition.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer preferences, market demands, and competitor activities.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**:
Fluency in multiple languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in each language. The specific languages required will depend on the target markets and client demographics.
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in an outbound calling environment.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively close sales and overcome objections.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
