We are looking for an expert Training Officer to join our HR team and manage our internal learning initiatives.

As our Training Officer, you will analyze company-wide training needs, develop appropriate learning solutions, and deliver training sessions, with a special focus on new employees. You will be in charge of updating existing and creating new learning materials and programs, especially those suitable for remote learning environments.

To be a successful Training Officer in our company, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with significant experience in developing training programs and working knowledge of relevant learning management systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other internal teams and senior management to determine gaps in skills and knowledge and perform a thorough training needs analysis
- Review the existing and create new learning resources to support training programs, including but not limited to manuals, videos, blog posts, information guides, etc.
- Plan, create, and deliver different training programs (including webinars, online certificate courses, self-paced e-learning programs, etc.) to address the lack of skills and facilitate knowledge acquisition
- Prepare and conduct onboarding training sessions for new employees across different departments
- Organize appropriate testing, if needed, and work with team managers to track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Analyze the feedback from employees regarding different training programs to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant changes
- Conduct research and stay up to date on learning trends in the industry and recommend new training programs and learning management systems (LMS)

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or any related field
- Prior experience as a Training Officer, Training Administrator, or any similar position
- Knowledge of the latest training tools and methods and instructional design theory
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Lessonly or TalentLMS, and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to process and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
