**Position Overview**:
Salary - Starting AED 4000 + Transportation and Accommodation

**Responsibilities**:
IT Support and Troubleshooting:

- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including desktop/laptop issues, peripherals, and connectivity problems.
- Assist in setting up and configuring computer systems, software, and hardware components.

CCTV Management and Maintenance:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV systems regularly, ensuring their optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with the security team to analyze CCTV footage when required

Computer Hardware Expertise:

- Demonstrate proficiency in assembling, maintaining, and upgrading computer hardware components.
- Conduct hardware testing and diagnostics to identify and resolve hardware-related issues.
- Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware components as needed

Photography and Video Production:

- Utilize photography skills to capture high-quality images for company events, products, and promotional materials.
- Assist in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production tasks.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets, including photos and videos.

Multitasking and Prioritization:

- Handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently, managing priorities effectively.
- Be responsive and adaptable to urgent IT support requests and technical issues.
- Maintain a proactive approach to handle regular tasks and proactively address potential problems.

**Requirements**:
Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various platforms.
- Experience with CCTV systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of photography principles and experience with professional-grade cameras.
- Video production skills, including shooting, editing, and post-production software

Communication and Customer Service:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving and user satisfaction.

Organizational and Time Management:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks

**Education and Experience**:

- **Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related).**:

- **2- 3 Years of Previous experience in IT support, computer hardware, CCTV management, photography, and video production is preferred.**
