Sales and Business Development Intern

Job Overview
We are in an exciting period of growth and are seeking committed and result-driven individuals that are motivated, talented and passionate about the business development and sales industry. The business development intern will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in client meetings, speaking to clients and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instructions, but also work unsupervised when required.
To be successful as a business development intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding business development interns are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting and professional relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
- Conducting desktop research, or gathering information by speaking to clients and staff.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Liaising with clients and partners as and when needed
- Accomplishing related results as needed, by contributing to team efforts and reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
- Observing and carrying out sales processes.
- Assisting managers with sales negotiations.
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assisting with sales records, documentation requirements and other submissions
- Help improve workflow by coordinating internal and external resources
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Ninjaz Management
**Requirements to apply**:
- Education: Bachelor's preferred
- Full English proficiency and knowledge of Arabic is a must.
- Additional spoken languages are a plus.
- Excellent computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
- Passion for the sales industry and its best practices.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and to work with data sheets
- Good communication skills, strong organizational and time-management skills
- Terrific attention to details and multitasking ability
- Ability to be flexible, resourceful, quick to learn and adapt to new technologies/systems
- Willingness to learn, ambition to develop his/her skills in relevant areas.
