**Responsibilities**:
- Helping in HR tasks: Recruitments, Annual leave, sick leave, PH payment.
- Documentation: Keeping a track and record of all the staff and company documents
- Answering inquiries of our staff and assisting in resolving any issue.
- Keep a track of our stock.
- Verify and make sure nothing is missing at the office.
- Assisting the management in different HR, Operations and administrative task.
- Preparing reports and analyses.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- High school or higher diploma
- **Experience**:
- No minimum experience is required, you will have a permanent follow-up from your management and will be trained on sales technics and product knowledge.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication in English and other languages.
- Negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Committed and motivated to accomplish all your daily tasks from our office.
