Officer - Corporate Excellence

**Excellence & SKGEP**
- Contribute in conducting excellence reviews and analysis of GCAA business.
- Assist in developing excellence enhancement plans and improvement initiatives to enhance performance in collaboration with the business units. Follow up the implementation of the corrective actions and document the evidence.
- Facilitate the excellence teams and workshops across GCAA, to ensure compliance with the excellence standards.
- Participate in GCAA readiness for excellence assessment through assisting the manager in conducting rehearsal sessions with the concerned business units.Administer ADAA system and ensure the submission of accurate information supported by the required evidence.**Performance Management System**
Support the line manager in reviewing existing KPI’s and conduct brainstorming session on developing new required KPI’s (SKGEP alignment with the strategy).
**Corporate Cooperation and Coordination**
Maintain effective cooperation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in order to gather the required information or to provide them with necessary requirements through different communication channels.
**Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures**
Contribute to develop and oversee the implementation of section policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of activities so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
**Internal Surveillance Program & Audits**
- Implement corrective actions raised against the Sector under internal surveillance program to ascertain international standards and continuous improvement.Support the administration of activities by external entities on request.**Document Management**
Maintain records of relevant reports, and general correspondence to ensure proper document management.
**Reporting**
Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.
**Health, Safety and Environment within GCAA**
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards
**Other Tasks/ Accountability**
- Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
