**What We’re Looking For**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or a related field, reflecting a commitment to excellence and a solid understanding of Marketing.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Production Role, showcasing a proven track record of success in the profession.
- Experience in Luxury, Lifestyle, International Travel, or Hospitality is Preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Marketing principles and concepts.
- Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is Curated to Perfection.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Next-Level Organisational and Time Management skills, effectively leading the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Passionately leads the coordination of suppliers, ensuring a 'FIVE-Styled' Marketing Production process.
- Develops and manages detailed Event Timelines and Production Schedules, demonstrating Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills and a Commitment to meeting project milestones.
- Takes Charge of event preparation, ensuring Sensational Coordination of operational requirements.
- Manages photo shoots with a Visionary Approach, coordinating models and ensuring a seamless flow.
- Effortlessly sources Brands, Makeup Artists, Stylists, and more, for events and photoshoots, with a calm and courteous attitude that reflects the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
- Spearheads the sourcing of Event Décor and Collateral, ensuring all decorations and props are properly stored and maintain their Exquisite condition.
- Negotiates with External Vendors, including Catering Services, Decorators, Florists, and Audio-Visual equipment providers, delivering a First-in-Class experience in all aspects of event execution.
- Coordinates contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring a Boundary-Breaking event execution.
- Maintains ‘FIVE-Star’ records of event planning and execution.
- Meticulously ensures that all aspects of Production reflect FIVE’s Gold Standards and are aligned with its Award-Winning reputation.
- Oversees FIVE’s filing systems and Manages office supplies to ensure Industry-Leading operational efficiency.
- Maintains and Elevates the IT infrastructure while Meticulously tracking inventory orders.
- Addresses and resolves any issues or challenges that may arise during planning and execution, maintaining FIVE’s Award-Winning standards.
- Demonstrates Sensational Teamwork by working closely with ‘FIVERs’ in other Departments to develop First-in-Class Integrated Marketing Campaigns.
- Stays informed about the latest Industry Trends, Music, and Best Practices, ensuring FIVE maintains its Leading Position in the industry.
- Quickly and enthusiastically supports the Head of the Department with various administrative duties.
